Start Here: The WIOA Process + Pricing
In many areas, WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) funding can cover 100% of eligible training costs—so your local workforce office may be able to pay all fees. The exact steps and timelines vary by state and local area, but most applicants follow the same flow below. Pricing options if you’re not using workforce funding: Self-pay is $350 (scholarship application available while funding lasts). Federal/State/Employer-sponsored rate is $1,099.
Step 1 — Contact your local American Job Center (WIOA office)
Ask to start a WIOA training request. Confirm eligibility requirements, required documents, and whether your program/provider must be on an approved list (ETPL).
Step 2 — Complete intake + submit documents
Most offices request: photo ID, proof of address, proof of income/benefits (or unemployment), work authorization, resume, and a brief career/education goal statement. If you’re missing items, still start—many offices accept documents in stages.
Step 3 — Submit your training request (provider + program details)
Your case manager may request provider info, program description, cost, schedule, and outcomes. Email us your state + city, program (CDA/apprenticeship), and where you are in the process—we’ll reply with what to send and what to ask next.

If you’re in Missouri, FastTrack can help cover eligible training costs. Use the steps below, then select EECI as your training provider/program option in the application (when prompted). If anything looks different in your local portal, contact us—we’ll help you match the right selection.
Step 1 — Start your FastTrack application
Apply through your local Missouri FastTrack portal and confirm eligibility requirements and required documents.
Step 2 — Choose EECI in the provider/program dropdown
When the application asks for your training provider/program, select Early Education Career Institute (EECI) from the dropdown (or the closest matching EECI listing).
Step 3 — Submit + send us what you have
After you submit, email us your city + county, the program you want (CDA/apprenticeship), and any messages you received—so we can help you move it to approval.

We help working adults earn credentials through flexible training formats—and we regularly support learners navigating workforce funding like WIOA, SNAP E&T, TANF, and related programs.

We currently support applicants in multiple states, and EECI is ETPL-approved in: LA, MT, ID, OK, SC, MI, MO, GA, IL, and NE. If you don’t see your state listed, contact us and we’ll point you to the right starting place.
